Partnership Opportunities
We know it will take many more hands to affect the change we envision for the world. While BoMax is doing our part to research and develop a viable green hydrogen solution, we cannot do it alone. We are seeking like-minded partners who can contribute to the seismic change we envision for the world energy market.
We welcome partnership within four categories.

Technology Partners
Subject matter experts who can help increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and/or duration of our alpha prototype. We welcome joint partnerships whose technology can pair or compliment our own, accelerating the delivery of sustainable, green hydrogen production.
Development Partners
We’re seeking relationships with experts in engineering and construction of different components related to the storing, controlling, and compression of hydrogen generated by our technology. The right partner would specialize in equipment design, engineering, and fabrication of energy delivery solutions.
Commercial Partners
As our alpha prototype accelerates to commercial viability, we will be seeking partners to collaborate in the development of commercial production solutions. The right partners will have the commercial capabilities to develop and manufacture hardware solutions to generate and deliver hydrogen as well as have the marketing and distribution capabilities to bring our technology to market.
Investment Partners
Changing the consumption of energy, worldwide, will require significant resources. We are looking for investment partners who would be interested in investing capital to finance the following different stages of bringing our technology to commercialization:
- Technology Optimization
- Design/Development/Engineering/Fabrication of prototype units
- Design/Development/Engineering/Fabrication of early stage commercial products

- Regulatory and safety strategy development
- Cost analysis shows hydrogen produced at rates in the lab is competitive with hydrogen sold on the hydrogen highway in California
